Why did you become a personal trainer?

For me, being a PT is about so much more than helping people to look good. It is about empowering people to help gain control of their life-to love their bodies and to grow in confidence. I am also a firm believer that fitness isn’t all physical well-being it is mental well-being aswell. I believe that fitness is the key to a happy body and more importantly a happy mind.

What do you do in your own training?

I  like to vary my workouts and keep them simple by encorporating  basic but effective full body exercises such as squats,deadlifts and the dreaded BURPEE’S.
