FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, PERSONAL TRAINER
Why did you become a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer?
I decided to become a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer to compliment my previous experiences playing professional and semi-professional football. Due to injuries I sustained, it has now become my main focus. I have always had a strong interest in the fitness industry. I want to pass my knowledge on to others and help them achieve their full potential and to step out of their comfort zones. I want my clients to ultimately feel better about themselves both physically and mentally.
What do you do in your own training?
My own training consists of a well-balanced programme with the view of being ready for anything! This could be playing a sport, entering fitness events, or joining in with different training methods adopted by friends.
What are your areas of expertise?
My area of expertise is focusing on you as an individual.
My aim is to find out your goals and current fitness levels, then to create bespoke sessions tailored to you and only you.
I place a big emphasis on technique and making sure you earn the right to move forward. This enables us to create a long-lasting relationship with your training: No shortcuts and no quick fixes!
This will translate into achieving your goals, whether it be losing weight, building muscle, preparing for an upcoming sporting or fitness-related event, or just improving daily living.
