Our studio-based group classes are designed to push you to achieve your fitness goals, without being too hard or too overwhelming. The variety of classes available here allow us to cater to all interests, goals and abilities, designed to help you perform at your best.
Group exercise is incredibly beneficial when striving to achieve fitness goals. The team atmosphere is brilliant motivation to safely push yourself further, whilst under the watchful eye of an instructor. It’s also a great way to get your workout in without having to think or plan anything yourself, it’s all planned for you! But most importantly, group exercise allows you to make friends with like-minded individuals within the class, which can help keep your adherence to a healthier lifestyle and keep you on track to achieve your fitness potential.

The strict timing of our exercise classes means they can be less time consuming than doing your own gym session, making them ideal for workers looking for lunchtime fitness and gym-goers pushed for time. All classes are free to members and £8.00 for non-members.
