BattleFIT is the ultimate full-body workout that offers a fun alternative to your usual routine!
BattleFIT consists of challenging exercises and training methods to take your fitness to the next level. BattleFIT will be geared towards improving cardiovascular fitness and strength. These classes are suitable for participants of all abilities and levels of fitness.

High intensity
Full Body workout
A mix of weighted, resistance based and cardiovascular exercises to improve strength and conditioning.
Dumbbells, kettlebells, steps, vipr, body weight and more.
People that want to improve fitness, lose weight or become stronger in a fun group setting and to understand different training styles.

ENERGY CYCLING
An intense 30 minute indoor cycling class focusing on endurance, strength and recovery without putting pressure on your knees and joints.
KETTLE
BELLS
A workout using one piece of equipment: Kettlebells. It works every muscle in your body, increases strength and improves your cardiovascular fitness.
XPRESS ABS
A fun packed 30 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles.
XPRESS PUMP
The ultimate full body resistance workout! This class gets your heart pumping whilst challenging all of the major muscle groups.
PILATES
These classes are based on core stability with particular emphasis on strengthening the abdominals to support the spine in everyday activity.
H.I.I.T
A form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery.
YOGA
Yoga is a complete mind and body workout combining strength exercises with stretching to help you de-stress your mind!
SPARTAN CIRCUITS
This functional based class tests your strength, endurance, co-ordination and agility providing you with the perfect full-body workout.
XPRESS CIRCUITS
Work your way round various stations, each challenging different muscle groups for that total body burn.
PIYO LIVE
A dynamic full-body workout, mixing essences of yoga, pilates & HIIT! Not to be missed!
