The full body fitness ‘Barre class’ is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen, tone and stretch your whole body.
Full Body: legs, bums, tums and arms
A full body workout with zero impact. Toning, strengthening and stretching
None, all body weight exercises.

Yoga mat/ towel and a hand towel/ T-shirt to use for a few exercises to create resistance.
