METAFIT is a body weight interval circuit training program created by a former Royal Marine Commando. It is the original high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, a 30-minute, non-choreographed, body-weight-only workout that sets the metabolism on fire! METAFIT works! It’s tough, but that’s the point!

High Intensity

This exciting, fast-moving, full-body class consists of short and intense bursts of activity with short rest periods.

HIIT is perfect for losing weight and boosting your overall health. You will build muscle and kick-start your metabolism with our class. Plus, there’s a post-workout bonus as your body still carries on burning calories for about 2 hours after you exercise.

Metafit is all body weight – no kit!

Everyone! If you exercise regularly, this HIIT class is a great alternative to your gym routine and is perfect for those with limited time looking for a 30-minute full body blast!

This class is great for anybody. If you are a beginner then you can start slowly and build us as you get fitter. Remember, you can always stop and rest in the class if you need a break. We cater to a variety of abilities!

10. Our small class sizes mean that our instructors can closely monitor each member, checking their form throughout the class to ensure safety.

SOULstrength is a total body workout utilising rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, mobility training, and core strength exercises to train the whole body.

H.I.I.T

A form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery.

LIFT well

The Lift-IIT experience will incorporate basic strength training exercises with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands for a full body 60minute class. Mobility is also incorporated within the warm up and cool down.

PILATES

These classes are based on core stability with particular emphasis on strengthening the abdominals to support the spine in everyday activity.

Rig Circuits

A dynamic full-body circuit class utilising our functional RIG kit. Not to be missed!

POWER KETTLE BELLS

A workout using one piece of equipment: Kettlebells. It works every muscle in your body, increases strength and improves your cardiovascular fitness.

SOULfusion

The SOULfusion experience includes short cardio bursts, yoga-inspired flows, balance sequences, body weight and weighted strength training exercises, choreographed to awesome music.

SOUL KickBoxing
