The Rig Circuits class aims to improve your strength and endurance in everyday movements.

This functional way of training leads to improvements in mobility, balance and coordination, helping you get stronger in everyday life so you can do the things you love for longer!

A 45-minute functional-based class is carried out on our Spartan rig. This class is ideal for all areas of fitness, including strength, cardio, flexibility, coordination and agility. All abilities are welcome!

9. Our small class sizes mean that our instructors can keep a closer eye on each member, checking their form, throughout the class to ensure safety.
