We all know that we should stretch more, but how many of us can honestly say that we commit enough time to it? This is where ‘Stretched’ comes in, a new class dedicated to working on your mobility through developmental stretching.
Exactly how you use the time is up to you – you can follow the guidance of the instructor, or if you have specific problem areas, you can do your own thing – the choice is yours.
The atmosphere will be informal; we’ll cover the science behind stretching, why we should be integrating developmental stretching into our routines – and have a catch-up!
