SZDANCEFIT is a fitness class based around dance, taught by a professional dance teacher.All abilities and ages. No dance experience necessary. Suitable for all fitness levels as you can go at your own pace.
The class will start with a warm up, isolations, cardio and stretching, moving onto exercises to help strength, coordination and balance, and ending with a fun routine. Dance styles and music will be varied.
This class will help to improve your general fitness levels, balance, flexibility, coordination and strength whilst having fun and burning lots of calories!
