Teen Academy is a training workshop for teen members designed to educate and introduce correct training methods.The workshop is split into 3 sections:
1. 15 minutes talking about the training methods involved in the 2nd part of the workshop. Creating an understanding and knowledge base for teens to build a foundation on, to then continue in the future in their own fitness endeavours.
2. 30 minutes of Physical training, putting the training methods into action from section 1, with emphasis on form and technique on muscles used.
3. 15 minutes stretch and mobility section, where questions can also be asked, related to the workshop or on general fitness.
Full body workout
A “beginners” knowledge into General fitness and training.
The workshop will be looking at a wide variety of equipment and understanding their benefits.
This class is perfect for teens, who are new to the Gym environment and fitness.
12. Our smaller class sizes mean that our instructors can keep a closer eye on each member, checking their form, throughout the class to ensure safety.
