You will improve your core strength, along with an improvement in balance and posture. A strong core can also both prevent and control back pain. This can be highly beneficial for those working at a desk all day.

Those who want to improve core strength, as well as those who might be recovering from an injury.

This class is great for all abilities but is perfect for beginners who want to boost their energy levels and develop a core strength that aids you in all aspects of fitness.

12. Our smaller class sizes mean that our instructors can keep a closer eye on each member, checking their form, throughout the class to ensure safety.
