Why did you become a Fitness Instructor?
From a young age I’ve been interested in exercise, taking part in both team & individual sports such as cheerleading, gymnastics and athletics. My passion to be a Fitness Instructor stemmed from my own training in the gym, wanting to transfer what I’ve learnt and the progress I made to others, helping people become the best version of them selves through exercise.
What do you do in your own training?
In my own sessions I prioritise strength training with machines & free weights whilst also incorporating functional sessions into my plan. This way I push my body in several different ways muscle & cardiovascular wise.
What are your areas of expertise?
My area of expertise is strength training particularly for women & helping to overcome barriers towards more intimidating environments of the gym, such as weight section.
Favourite Cheat Meal?
It has to be burger and chips from Five Guys!
