Why did you become a Fitness Instructor?

At the age of 15 I started training myself in callisthenics (bodyweight training) to improve my strength and fitness.  I the started training my parents and friends leading me to discover a passion for coaching and seeing others succeed.  I then wanted to learn more about physical training so I applied for level 2 fitness instructing in college and after completing this course I am now pursuing my passion even further with a level 3 personal training course.

What do you do in your own training?

My own training is a mix of bodyweight and weight-based strength training.

What are your areas of expertise?

Strength, hypertrophy, fat loss and posture correction.

  • Biology Level 5 (GCSE)
