Why did you become a Gym Instructor?
From the moment I could walk you would find me with a ball at my feet or a bat in my hand. I always knew I was going to be involved with sport and partnering that with my passion for helping others, fitness instructing was an obvious choice. After being a primary school PE teacher for the past 6 years, I am now ready to use all my knowledge and passion to impact the lives of adults (bigger kids!).
What do you do in your own training?
In my own training I like to mix it up between strength training and circuit training. Cardio is not something I enjoy so circuits allow me to keep my fitness up, as well as my enjoyment.
Favourite cheat meal?
A full tube of Pringles (yes all in one sitting!), any flavour.
