Why did you become a Fitness Instructor?
From a very young age I have had a strong interest in outdoor sports, in particular cycling. This quickly developed into competition success including multiple podiums at national level and an Island Games Gold Medal.
This wealth of high level sporting experience twinned with years of further education in the industry and my love of helping people led me to build a strong base for one to one clients alongside a series of classes and bootcamps here and abroad.
What do you do in your own training?
My own training consists of a mix of strength and flexibility training in the gym and of course a few hours each week on the road or mountain bike.
What are your areas of expertise?
Cardio conditioning from daily health to race preparation, core and posture training, plus hypertrophy training.
