Fitness and Class Instructor

Why did you become a fitness instructor?

I want to help people feel strong and confident in their own bodies. Most of my training is technique based. Coming from a strong background in ballet, dance and Pilates all my classes have a focus on posture, stability and strength.

What do you do in your own training?

I like to mix workouts up every day! Sometimes I will be focusing on my technique and muscle strength, other days it’s cardio and endurance. A lot of my training will also take place in studio classes.

What are your areas of expertise?

My areas of expertise are mainly in bodyweight exercise, posture & flexibility.
