Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
I did my personal training qualification through Velocity PT Academy as I was playing for the International Academy of Football and Education at the time. Having a passion for health and fitness it made sense to take the opportunity, although at the time I was looking at personal training as more of a backup for football.
What do you do in your own training?
My own training is mainly focused on improving my performance on the pitch and getting me to a higher level as well as postural improvement. I have played semi-pro football for the past four years and currently play for Pickering Town FC.
Favourite cheat meal?
Five guys cheese burger and a dirty calorific milkshake.
