Why did you become a Sports therapist?

I’ve always been into sports, ever since a young age. I failed at becoming a professional athlete , so I wanted to stay in sport and becoming a sports therapist/physio was the next best thing for me.

I achieved this by working at QPR football club as a first team sports therapist for a season.

What do you do in your own training?

I don’t do a lot of training myself, but attempting to get back into it. I like pre-exhaust training, S & C work and rehabilitation .

Favourite cheat meal?

Chicken pesto mozzerella pasta.
