FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, PERSONAL TRAINER
Why did you become a Personal Trainer?
I decided to become a PT to work alongside my previous experiences playing professional and semi professional football, due to injuries it has now become my main focus. I have always had a strong interest in the fitness industry and want to help pass my knowledge on to others to help them achieve their full potential and to step out of comfort zones. I also want my clients to ultimately feel better about themselves physically and mentally.
What do you do in your own training?
My own training consists of lots of leg work (I think I must be one of the very few people who enjoy leg day!) I also like to incorporate circuits and high intensity training. I try to aim for a well-balanced training programme working everything.
What are your areas of expertise?
My areas of expertise focus mainly around sport specific training more specifically football. As mentioned previously I also strive to help people in whatever goal they have whether it be to lose weight, build muscle or train for an upcoming sporting event.
