Why did you become a fitness instructor?

I became a fitness instructor because I have a great passion for sport and exercise, which is what my studies focus on! I want to share this love for exercise and health with others and help them with their fitness journey whether it is for fun, health or sport.

What do you do in your own training?

In my own training, I enjoy going running but, I am primarily focused on strength-based training.

What are your areas of expertise?

I have an adept knowledge of anatomy and physiology for both sport-specific and health-based plans. Goal setting is a key aspect of any training for me.

Level 2 Gym Instructor

Favourite cheat meal?

No such thing, cook and eat what you want! There are always healthier and still delicious alternatives for everything.

Fun Fact

A fun fact about me is I want to work towards and complete the IRONMAN one day.
