Xpress Pump is suitable for anybody. Barbell weights can be adjusted to suit you so you can work at a light weight if you are a beginner.

12. Our smaller class sizes mean that our instructors can keep a closer eye on each member, checking their form, throughout the class to ensure safety.

Any of the Beckwith Team. Each week you will get a different fully qualified trainer delivering the fitness classes so each week is completely different. No workout is ever the same, in a good way!
