Love and hate the simplicity of kettlebells as you challenge yourself and your abilities in this fantastic class! These simple pieces of equipment can target all of the key muscles in your body, helping to increase strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
This class will introduce you to many new exercises involving a kettlebell. You’ll then be able to cross these over into your own training outside the class. Free weight training through the use of a kettlebell is a great way to tone up and increase your strength. The setup and exercises will be explained before the class starts so everyone is on the same page and ready to burn some calories!

“Up until 7 o’clock this morning I didn’t even know what a kettlebell was, let alone understand what a Kettlebells workout involved, however by 7:35 I certainly did and was sweating more than I have ever sweated at that time of day.
