Our Kettlebells class is suitable for anyone. Go at your own pace and with a weight you are comfortable with and learn to love the Kettlebell routines that will have your body sculpted and toned in no time.

12. Our smaller class sizes mean that our instructors can keep a closer eye on each member, checking their form throughout the class to ensure safety.

Who is the teacher?

Any of the Beckwith Team. Each week you will get a different fully qualified trainer delivering the fitness classes so each week is completely different. No workout is ever the same, in a good way!

“Up until 7 o’clock this morning I didn’t even know what a kettlebell was, let alone understand what a Kettlebells workout involved, however by 7:35 I certainly did and was sweating more than I have ever sweated at that time of day. It was a fantastic full body workout, although I probably wasn’t quite as enthusiastic on my tenth repetition. Ben was a very good, calm instructor and was able to train me, despite my being a complete novice.
