Our Dance Fit class is a great way to keep fit and have fun at the same time. Lead by professional dance teacher, Sophie Zealand, this class will teach you the moves and grooves of a dance routine, adding in some fitness elements too. Each week you will learn a new routine broken down into easy steps before being put back together to complete a small routine.
