Our Pilates class is not to be missed! Pilates concentrates on strengthening the whole body with particular emphasis on core strength through a variety of controlled movements. A strong core is key to successful exercise, and for anyone looking to participate in Pilates in Harrogate, you will get a lot out of our class.
