During a Goal Setting appointment, bookable in the club, they will discuss your targets and write you a personalised program to help you meet them. The Beckwith Health Club team of fitness instructors will then walk you through the program during a 1:1 Program Show session.
You can also book in for an EGYM Induction if you are one of our full members. Those on Day Passes and PAYG memberships will need to purchase an EGYM wristband to access this induction.
