Why did you become a Fitness Instructor?
I became a fitness instructor because I am deeply passionate about helping others. Witnessing individuals grow, develop, and achieve significant results fuels my enthusiasm and commitment to their success.
What do you do in your own training?
With my background in football, I am currently focused on plyometric training along with strength and conditioning. By enhancing my single-leg strength, arm strength, and balance, I am not only reducing injury risk but also improving my athletic performance. This training has significantly boosted my overall fitness and benefited my sports performance as well.
