Why did you become a Fitness Instructor?

Sport has always had a vital impact on my life so I became a fitness instructor to be able to provide the benefits which I have found along the way to those who are in need of some guidance within the industry.

What do you do in your own training?

A mixture of weight training and aerobic endurance to gradually increase overall performance so I can compete in competitions such as Tough Mudder and Hyrox.

Burger and chips
