A 30-minute functional based class carried out on our new Spartan rig. This exciting and challenging class is ideal for all areas of fitness including strength, cardio, flexibility, co-ordination and agility. All abilities welcome!

This class is suitable for all. Push yourself as hard as you want and rest when you need it. Remember, it never gets easier – you just get stronger!

10. Our smaller class sizes mean that our instructors can keep a closer eye on each member, checking their form, throughout the class to ensure safety.
Who is the teacher?
Any of the Beckwith Team. Each week you will get a different fully qualified trainer delivering the fitness classes so each week is completely different. No workout is ever the same!

Water. You will need it!
