Our intense indoor cycling class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery. The class gets your legs moving and your heart pumping without putting pressure on your knees and joints – perfect for those who are recovering from an injury. You can be sure to challenge yourself during this class, but all abilities are welcome as you only need to do as much as you are able to.

This is an intense class so expect to burn fat quickly and gain definition in your leg muscles.
Those who want a fun but intense burn in a workout. This class is never dull so if you fancy putting your legs through the paces while cycling to some seriously motivating music, we highly recommend giving our Energy Cycling class a go.
This class is suitable for everyone. Spin bikes have resistance dials so you can work at your own pace.
12. Our smaller class sizes mean that our instructors can keep a closer eye on each member, checking their form, throughout the class to ensure safety.
