The EGYM Experience
With our EGYM Smart Strength machines and Fitness Hub, getting started couldn’t be easier. One of our friendly team will be there with you for your first time EGYM induction to help you get set-up.
In just 2 minutes, the Fitness Hub takes your information, performs an automatic analysis, and correctly adjusts all of the Smart Strength machines for your selected goals. This means no adjusting the machines to your measurements & strength by yourself – one less thing to think about!
EGYM will provide you with a personalised workout plan from your very first session, tracks your progress accurately, and updates the training program automatically for each visit to match your goals. This is perfect for new gym goers who aren’t sure where to start or how to use the gym equipment!
EGYM has been hugely popular with our beginner and older members.
Friendly Instructors and Personal Training
If you’re looking for more sustained one-on-one help with your exercise goals, book a session with one of our personal trainers (PT).
A PT can help you set goals unique to you, create a personalised plan to help you meet those goals, and guide you throughout your sessions. This is perfect if you’re unsure what to do and would like a certified trainer to show you the exercises.

Teen Academy
For the younger gym-goers, if you are 13 – 15 years of age and just getting started on your fitness journey, check out our Teen Academy! Teen Academy is a training workshop for our teen members. It’s designed to educate and introduce them to correct training methods and gym etiquette.
The workshops are split into 3 sections:
- 10 minutes covering the training methods involved in the 2nd part of the workshop. This creates a knowledge base for teens to then continue in the future in their own fitness endeavours.
- 30 minutes of physical training, putting the training methods into action from session 1, with emphasis on form and technique to help avoid future injuries.
- 5 minutes stretch and mobility section, which includes time for questions related to the workshop or general fitness.
Teen members advance through the Teen Academy Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. Once they’ve completed all the classes, they’ll be awarded the Teen Academy Gold Award!

On-Demand Content
With an active membership to the Club, you also gain access to the instructional fitness videos on our app.
These short videos help our members understand how to use key pieces of our gym equipment. They also demonstrate how to execute key bodyweight and core strengthening exercises that can be done from anywhere.
New members will be given app sign-in instructions after activating their membership.
