What is EGYM Equipment?
The EGYM exercises machines are installed and ready to go at Beckwith Health Club. The machines are great for all levels and the team are on-hand and trained to help set-up members’ EGYM profiles.
For those unfamiliar with the brand, EGYM is a fitness technology that incorporates personalised training programmes into a set of strength training machines.
How Does it Work?
EGym machines are a personal trainer, smart tech, and efficiency all rolled into one gym experience.
During your equipment induction, run by Beckwith, you’ll learn how your wristband connects to the machines and logs your workout, personal fitness, and adjusts the machine’s measurements.
What’s more, EGYM’s fitness hub allows you to choose your own fitness goals. For example, rehabilitation, body toning, weight loss, or metabolic fitness.
Then, the equipment will set up the perfect training programme for you. the programme for you. They’ll also register your progress and the frequency of your workouts, and adjust the reps and weight as you improve.
This takes a lot of the hassle and research out of strength training, making it more accessible and beneficial for everyone. It also reduces the likelihood of injury, as the tech will know your limitations and when it’s safe to push them.

Can Beginners Use EGYM?

EGYM displays a tutorial on each of its machine’s screens, which helps to put users at ease from the first rep.
